4. Copper Bonded / Coated Earthing Electrode ( Solied Rod Type)
PLANET EARTHING ELECTRODE consists of low carbon high tensile steel Rods with molecularly Bonded with 99.9% pure Copper with provision for clamp / Terminal at the top for connecting earthing strip to the Machineries /equipments.
5. SRIP Chemical Compound ( BFC)
PLANET Introduce “SRIP” Chemical Compound (BFC) which is used around the earth electrodes for reduce the resistance between soil & the electrode. “SRIP” Chemical Compound (BFC) is a combination of Neutral Earth minerals, Aluminium Silicate etc which have property to absorbs & retain the moisture for a long time. “SRIP” Chemical Compound (BFC) is a combination of totally corrosion free and highly conductive & noncorrosive minerals. “SRIP” Compound will maintain a low resistance around the electrode and provide an easy path for the fault/leakage current dissipation.
At the time of installation “SRIP” Compound must be convert into the gel formation and it has quality to retain the moisture up to Thirteen times of its dry volume as well as it create a gel layer surrounding the electrode. “SRIP” Chemical Compound (BFC) is manufactured as per international standard IEEE 80-2000. The resistivity of the “SRIP” Compound is tested and Certified from NABL acredited laboratory for a value of less than 0.12 ohm-mtr as per IEEE 80-2000 (Clause14.5d). “SRIP” Chemical Compound (BFC) is available in 25 Kgs bag.
